DVB102 - A2: Record Cover Project
Artist: Melanie Martinez
Album: Cry Baby
The album basically talks about how Melanie has overcome her childhood trauma and realised that there are things she couldn't change about herself, and how she has learned to love her flaws.
She enjoys relating childhood experiences to adult situations to express sensitive topics.

The final vinyl cover was manipulated to work as a poster.
Iterations:
The first iteration was inspired by Melanie's childhood bunny pet and her quote ''Sex is a game and Love is a maze''.
The second is Tim Burton-inspired as Melanie also loves his style. It's supposed to represent how trapped she was (like an immovable helpless doll in a dollhouse).
The last one with her body as a sippycup, and her torso as the dummy for the signature surrealist design element that Melanie uses.
